See Ya At The Fair...

So, yesterday I took a 1/2 day off to hit the State Fair with Jake before he left for Montana. We had a great time people-watching, walking around, having some token beverages, eating, eating, and did I mention eating? Augh.... 

Good thing I got up this morning and ran 7 miles with run club to work off some of those calories! Run felt good, have kind of been taking it easy this week after last weekend's races and being swamped at work.

Tomorrow, I have to monitor and watch Noelle's stats as she competes in her first Ironman down in Louisville. She's gonna rock!
